1.15 survival [01] Starting a new world in ONE HOUR

HELLO
Today I am starting up a new world, and because I have done this a thousand times before and every time was exactly the same. I want to start a new world and see how far I can come in ONE HOUR. Let's start.

Goals [01]

1: Find a good place to live
2: collect as much as possible farmable items
3: Find a lot of treasures

A Good Start  00:00

I load up a new world and I spawn in a plains biome surrounded with Savana.  I run over to the closest tree which gives me 4 oak logs. When I turn around there are also a couple of sheeps just standing there and because I still need a bed, I kill the sheeps and run to the south.

The first thing I find is a Savana village, that was very close to spawn. I see a villager who is just farming some wheat and I decide to take some before he does. Farmable item number 1 is collected.

So I find some loot chests but also this strange 1.15 bug.

A Long, long journey  00:15

The following 45 minutes are just hopelessly searching for a good place to start building and some more loot chests. So my plan was to find a dessert temple and try to get some diamonds and books from that but I found NONE.

These are the things that I found:
5 Villages
3 Shipwrecks
1 treasure chest

So on the treasure front, was nothing special. So here are some highlight from my journey

HIGHLIGHTS

1. I followed a treasure map and the treasure was in a village where I was 20 min ago?!

2. I found some books :)

3. The place I ended up after the hour.

4. The gear I ended up with.

End of the hour  [01:00]

So the LONG BORING HOUR had passed and I got a lot of good starting materials .. BUT ..  I'm not satisfied yet because the place where I ended up is a big boring dessert. So the next morning I went on exploration again to find a good place to build my starter base.

And after hours of searching, I finally found it. The perfect spot!!

^^ If you look closely you can see a bit of progress for next post^^

This was the first post of my survival blog the next post will be a Design lab where we are going to design my starter base :). The posts will be more exciting than this one but I also couldn't skip this part of survival. PLEASE let me know what you think about this first post and don't forget to subscribe!

BYE:)

1.15 Survival [02] Making a Base

HELLO Today I'm starting with my base. So this post had to be a Design Lab to show you how to build the starter base, I am making in this post. But I thought that it was better to first show you the base in this post and if you want to see how to build it then let me know and I'll make the Design Lab. Let's Start. Goals 1: Make a Starter Base 2: Make a Sugarcane/Bambo farm 3: Make a Melon/Pumpkin farm 4: Make a Mobfarm Making the Starter Base This is the place where I think the starter base will fit the best. Just because it looks stunning with the mountains in the background. So to build the base I started off with collecting: Oak logs and spruce logs these are the main blocks I'm going to use. It took me a WEEK to collect all the resources (I don't have much time to play Minecraft) but I will show you what I made. (This is me making the base) (This is what the base looks like from the outside when it was finished) ...

1.15 survival [03] What to do when your starter base is finished?

HELLO Today I'm going to show you what I did after I had finished my starter base, Let's Go! 1. Villagers I looked for a village near my starter base, then I trapped all the villagers in their own house or in a dirt house. Now I could start giving them a profession when I was finished I had: A mending villager, A cleric, A farmer and a stonemason. I used the rotten flesh trade from the cleric to get emeralds for the rotten flesh I had collected at my mob farm. I used the farmer to trade some crops I had farmed and then used all the emeralds to get a mending book from the librarian. 2. Iron Farm Then I brought the villagers I had leftover closer to my base using a boat and some pistons. When I had collected enough villagers I built an iron farm (designed by Docm77).   3. Mining Mesa For the big Base, I'm going to create I need a lot of sand, glass and terracotta that's why it's always handy to have a nether tunnel to an area where you can ...
