HELLO
Today I'm starting with my base. So this post had to be a Design Lab to show you how to build the starter base, I am making in this post. But I thought that it was better to first show you the base in this post and if you want to see how to build it then let me know and I'll make the Design Lab.
Let's Start.
(This is me building the first level)
(And the second and third)
(I build the box around the farm, placed the Redstone for the dispensers. And I placed fence gates to prevent water flowing into the collecting area)
(So then when everything was ready to go, I removed some scaffolding, placed water in the collecting area and made a killing chamber)
(I could finally test the farm)
(And it worked perfectly)

Goals
1: Make a Starter Base
2: Make a Sugarcane/Bambo farm
3: Make a Melon/Pumpkin farm
4: Make a Mobfarm
Making the Starter Base
This is the place where I think the starter base will fit the best. Just because it looks stunning with the mountains in the background.
So to build the base I started off with collecting: Oak logs and spruce logs these are the main blocks I'm going to use. It took me a WEEK to collect all the resources (I don't have much time to play Minecraft)
but I will show you what I made.
(This is me making the base)
(This is what the base looks like from the outside when it was finished)
(This is how to get in)
(This is where you come into the base, the storage room. The chest/barrels on the sides are for junk and the barrels in the floor are for all the flowers I'm planning to collect)
(If you then look left you can see my bedroom, it is a bit shabby but I'm going to improve it)
(Left from my bedroom is my enchanting table)
(Left from the enchanting table are my farms and nether portal)
(A contraption that composts the things I put in the upper chest and the bonemeal ends up in the chest below)
(A bamboo/sugarcane farm)
(A melon/pumpkin farm)
(I know there is two glass missing, it is so I can pick up un-collected melons/pumpkins. I will fix it)
(then in the middle of the base is a trapdoor to the mine surrounded with a small crop farm)
(On top are some more chests for storage)
Big thanks to TheNeoCubest for the basic design of this base
Making the mob farm
So one of the best things to do in the early stage of a Minecraft world is to make a mob farm. And that is exactly what I did. So a lot of mining later I decided that the best place for a mob farm was on the ocean not so far from my base.
So then I went up to Y=200 on a gravel pilar. To build the mob farm designed by iJevin.
(This is me building the collecting area)(This is me building the first level)
(And the second and third)
(I build the box around the farm, placed the Redstone for the dispensers. And I placed fence gates to prevent water flowing into the collecting area)
(So then when everything was ready to go, I removed some scaffolding, placed water in the collecting area and made a killing chamber)
(I could finally test the farm)
(And it worked perfectly)
(This is the way to the farm btw)
(This is the killing platform)
(And this is the farm, in all his glory. There is some water falling down because I had to go back up there)
I am thinking about maybe adding a lore/story to this blog let me know what you think about that. But this was the second post, I hoped you enjoyed. And if you did then I would very appreciate it if you subscribe, because it will make me very happy.
? QUESTION ?
Do you want to see a tutorial on the starter base?
BYE:)
